DVSA Issues an annual MOT training and assessment reminder :

Listen up MOT testers! You have until 00.00am on Sunday 31st March to complete this year’s annual training and assessment. MOT testers who fail to do this risk suspension from testing.

Testers suspended from testing must complete a VT8 demonstration test with the DSVA. This may incur long waiting times if there are high volumes of suspended testers. Not only that, you must pass an additional DBS check, already 20 percent of testers still need to complete the assessment before the deadline.

Once passed, you will receive a certificate and you’ll find this in the ‘Annual assessment certificates’ section of your MOT Testing Service
